This pattern is cut carefully and in excellent condition.

The instructions are in good condition but have yellowed.

The envelope is in poor condition with tears along both sides, the front of the envelope is in two pieces, tattered corners, and yellowing. The price reflects the poor condition of the envelope.

Patterns are sold "AS IS".

Pattern will be protected in a clear bag and packaged carefully to insure it arrives to you in same condition described above.
