The instructions are in excellent condition but have yellowed.

The envelope is in poor condition with the right hand side slit along the entire right side, it has tattered corners, and yellowing.

Patterns are sold "AS IS".

Pattern will be protected in a clear bag and packaged carefully to insure it arrives to you in same condition described above.
