Shipping & Handling Information Question - How do I know how much shipping & handling I will be charged? Answer - Our shipping & handling is based on the weight of your order and your zip code. As soon as you place your first item in the shopping cart you will be asked for you zip code and how you want your order shipped (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, UPS Ground, Priority Mail, Standard Shipping or International Air Mail.) Once you put this information in the shopping cart will automatically figure the shipping & handling charges for you. As you add items to the cart and the weight changes the shopping cart automatically refigures shipping for you. At any time you can change the method you want the order shipped so you aren't locked into any shipping method until you are satisfied with your order and hit the Check Out Now button.
Question - When will my order be shipped? Answer - We try to ship all orders within 24 hours with the exception of custom stamps. We need a little time to make your custom stamp but those orders will ship within 7 days. If you are needing an order by a specific date then please choose Overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping.
Question - If I choose Overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping when will my order ship? Answer - If your order is received by 10:00 a.m. CST your order will ship that same day with the exception of custom stamps. If your order includes custom stamps your order will be delayed until the custom stamps are finished.
Question - Do you ship outside the United States? Answer - We ship all over the world. Our international orders are shipped via Insured Air Mail. Just put your country and Postal Code in the shopping cart and choose the International Air Mail option and the shopping cart will automatically figure the Insured shipping charges for you.
Question - How do I order if I want to pay by check or money order? Answer - Just place your items in the shopping cart and choose Pay by Check or Money Order when you check out. At the end you will be given a sheet to print out to mail in with your check or money order. If you have any questions you can

We do not accept opened, used merchandise as a return. All returns must be new, unopened merchandise. All returns must be shipped back to us in a sturdy box so merchandise is not damaged.
