Layering Paper can add a
professional look to your cards. Creative Images has several metallic and satin
layering papers for you to choose from. The images shown below are as close to the
true colors as I could get them to scan. The Red is a darker red than shown and the
paper to the left of it is a shimmering green that is much lighter than shown. The
green reminds me of a shiny metallic green Christmas ornament.
From left to right - Gold with Texture, Dark Gold,
Shimmering Green, Red.
From left to right - Silver, Ivory Satin,
Baby Pink Satin, Iridescent Copper Satin.
This paper is between 5" and
8" wide and is sold by the yard for .50 cents per yard. There are a few places
along the edge that are a little bent and a few places in the middle that have a
scratch but I would say that at least 90% of this is perfectly usable and you will
definitely get your moneys worth out of it at .50 cents a yard.
* We have a Minimum of 2 yards on the following papers but you are welcome to
order more than 2 yards.
All of these papers are perfect for layering. You can run the
metallics through a laser printer (but not an ink jet
printer) and use on the inside for words or to make handstamped
stickers for the back of your card or you can stamp on these papers. They are also
absolutely beautiful to use as layering and add a
very elegant touch to any card.
On the satins they will melt so don't heat them in any way.
