OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY & 3RD DAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 10:00 A.M. CST MONDAY - FRIDAY (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) TO SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY. WE TRY TO SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY HOWEVER IT DEPENDS ON HOW MANY ORDERS WE HAVE TO SHIP AT ANY GIVEN TIME. IF YOU ARE NEEDING AN ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE THEN PLEASE CHOOSE UPS OR FEDEX OVERNIGHT, 2ND DAY OR 3RD DAY SHIPPING.

*Please note we have a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise and do not refund shipping charges.  We do not accept opened, used merchandise as a return.  All returns must be new, unopened merchandise.
