To make the Happy Birthday Card above

bulletink up the part of the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday folder that does NOT have the raised surface with Distress ink pads.  I used Tea Dye, Spiced Marmalade and Fired Brick.  Now place your cardstock inside the folder and run it thru your Sizzix or Cuttlebug machine. 
bulletPunch out cupcakes using Martha Stewart Cupcakes Edger Punch and use the Floral Vine Edger and the Arrow Border punch to punch out design to go down the front of the card.
bulletPunch out EK Success 1 1/2" Circle Punch and stamp Happy Birthday inside Circle using Fired Brick Tea Dye stamp pad. 
bulletPunch out 56mm Scalloped Circle Punch and adhere Happy Birthday circle to center of scalloped circle.
bulletUse stickles to add icing to cupcakes.
